Pink Tea Spritz
April Spritz - Pink Tea Spritz
The glass shop is definitely heating up, so what’s more refreshing than a sparkling iced tea? With sparkling wine and elderflower liqueur local to British Columbia, this cocktail is a fun mix.

Our Cup of Choice: Odyssey Glass
What do you need for a sparkling drink — a sparkly cup! These clear wineglasses have a shiny spiral wrap on the base that really make them pop!
This cocktail has all the fixings with sparkling wine, elderflower liqueur, and a great loose leaf iced tea with notes of hibiscus, lemongrass, and lots of citrus.
Ingredients:
Lemon wedges
Davids Tea Pink Flamingo Tea
2 oz Elder Bros Elderflower Liqueur
Pink Elephant 2017 Sparkling Wine
This cocktail is built right in the glass. Start by adding ice to your Odyssey cup then pour in your iced tea. We steeped this tea for about 7 minutes before adding in the ice and refrigerating until cocktail hour time. Leah’s not one for measuring but we estimated she added about 4oz of her tea to each glass. Next up, pour in 2oz of elderflower liqueur, and top off the glass with the sparkling wine. Finally, use your Stir Stick to mix it and that’s it!
Garnish:
Lemon wheel
Not only does the bright yellow lemon wedge pop against the dark pink cocktail, squeeze your lemon wedge for an extra dash of citrus.
A sparkling iced tea is just right in a sparkly glass!
