It’s our fourth week of April Spritz! Hilariously enough the recipe that staff member Ariel is using is right on the bottle of Limoncello and she didn’t even realize until the livestream! It must be good then!

Our Cup of Choice: Colour Bomb Cup
We love these cups - clear so you can see the beautiful colour of your drink and adorned with bright spots of colour. Each one is unique — which means you’ll always remember which drink is yours… the one that needs a refill of this cocktail!
Ingredients:
Frozen Raspberries (a small handful)
1 oz Limoncello
Mint Leaves
Prosecco (dry)
San Pellegrino sparkling lemonade
Start by adding your frozen raspberries to your Colour Bomb cups. Then add your ice, 1 oz of Limoncello and a little mint — if you slap the mint or wrap it around a bar spoon before adding it, it will help to add some aromatics to the drink and whole lot of flavour. Now for the fun part, pour about 3 oz or so of Prosecco in. Finally, top your cup up with a little sparkling lemonade for some extra bubbles and citrus flavour. Stir with your Big Eddy Glass Works Stir Stick and voila!
Garnish:
Mint
Take your extra sprig of mint and run it around the rim. This will give you a little extra minty goodness when you take your first sip.
Ariel claims that this drink is healthy because there’s fruit in it. We totally believed her and drank this thirst quencher down as fast as we could… you know, to stay hydrated, obviously.
