Big Eddy Caesar
Our Big Eddy Caesers featuring a ton of local Revelstoke ingredients!!
We started our very first cocktail hour on the very first Friday of the year which just happened to be New Year’s Day! We figured people might be feeling a little under the weather so thought we’d start off with the classic caesar. But of course in Big Eddy Style we tend to take things to the extreme - so here we have our Big Eddy Caesar. Check out all our cocktail lives streams over on our instagram page.
Our Cup of Choice: Cheerful Cup
We chose this cup because it fits a whole lot of caesar in it! The white inside of this cup looks great with the red of the caesar. Plus with a name like cheerful its sure to start your year off right!
Caesar Rim:
Track Street Growers Glowing Embers
Koscher Salt
Cracked Pepper
Lemon Zest
Mix all your caesar rim ingredients together. To rim your glass run a lime wedge fully around the rim of your cheerful cup. Spin the rim of your cup right into Caesar Rim mix.
Ingredients:
2 dashes Monashee Spirits Celery Bitters
3 dashes Worcestershire Juice
2 dashes of Stoke the Fire Hot Sauce
1 shake of Track Street Growers Glowing Embers
1 shake of Salt & Pepper
Clamato Juice
Lime Wedges
Add some ice to your rimmed Cheerful Cup. Add all the ingredients to the cup. Add some freshly squeezed lime straight to the drink or put lime wedges on the rim for garnish and an extra bit of zest.
Garnish:
The most important part is the garnish! We felt like the perfect hangover drink should have the perfect hangover garnish to go with it. We chose to garnish our caesars with pickles, a 1/4 grilled cheese, a honey garlic pepperette from our friends over at BA Sausage, and of course a wedge of lime.
Bonus points if you cook your grilled cheese on the glass pipe warmer!
