These cocktails are a shop favourite!

You should plan to make a few of these Gin Mules because they’re so good you’ll have a hard time drinking just one! A little spiciness from the ginger beer pairs well with the citrus making it oh so easy to drink.

Our Cup of Choice: Mermaid Cheerful Cup

A classic Mule cocktail is traditionally served in a copper cup. While we don’t specialize in copper, we do have a certain knack for shine! So for this cocktail we switched up our usual Mermaid Cheerful Cup for a copper look alike. Find these Mermaid Cups in our studio in Revelstoke, B.C.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Monashee Spirits Ethos Gin

  • Ginger Beer

  • 3 Lime wedges (plus one for garnish)

  • Mint

This cocktail is built straight in the mermaid cheerful cup. Start by adding a few mint leaves to the cup. Then muddle the mint straight in the cup. Add the ice to your freshly muddled mint and then pour in your gin. This drink is good with a lot of citrus so we recommend squeezing three lime wedges into you cup and then adding the squeezed wedges straight in as well. Top your drink up with the gingerbeer!!

Garnish:

  • Lime Wedge

Not enough lime yet? We added a lime wedge on the rim! The best part about this drink is you can leave the lime wedge and mint in the cup when you make your second (and third) cocktail and it just keeps adding to the flavour.
